This might look like acting up huh, it definitely is. But creating a career orientation in a child's formation is good and the way to go.

There are things I would have loved to do or become if the choice was still there for me, but the opportunity was lost in my kidhood. I didn't have such privileges like this children in the picture. I hadn't a guidance counselor or such an exposed career choices to make. Our generation must encourage this act of catching them young, you may want to accuse parents and guidance of imposition of career choice on the child but it's far from it. The earlier the child is exposed to certain traits the better for his growth.

Even the Bible says that you should train a child the way he should go, and he will never depart from it. Fish can only be bent when it is still fresh than when it is dried.
It is easier to tell a child how to do the right thing when he is still a child than when he is fully grown.

Train the child on how to catch fish and not how to beg for fish.
Train the child on how to relate and respect others, he will live long.
Train a child table manners, he will never forget it.

The orientation you give to a child now will definitely stay with the child even in adulthood.
Be the best you can for your children, our future leaders.
