"Two things we conclude from Paul's prayer: First, the inner being or man is the spirit of man; the inner man is the one who is not seen, it is the new nature, the life that God has given us when we have believed in Jesus as our Lord and Savior, it is therefore spiritual life engendered through the Holy Spirit, divine nature living in us . The important thing is to know how to differentiate between the designs of the flesh and those of the spirit. So, when we say that we want to be more spiritual, what we need is to develop the life of the spirit, we must be strengthened with power, because the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. The other conclusion is that there are weak and strong spirits; that is, having been reborn in Christ and received new spiritual life, it can be weak and can not overcome the flesh, the human desires and passions of nature corrupted because of sin.

Today we are going to ask God to strengthen us with power through his Spirit.
