Worship, instruments of worship , it significance and benefits

Oh "Worship", "Sweet Worship", "God's Worship" - The secret to good meal on my table, the secret to true joy on my face, the secret to my unexplainable income, the secret to my closer relationship with my maker, the secret to putting smiles on people's faces, the secret to becoming healthy and strong, the secret to so many good things in life. Hence i tag WORSHIP:

O - Of
R - Reverence (to the)
S - Supernatural,
H - Holy (and)
I - Invisible
P - Protector

The PIANO:
This is one of the stringed instruments which is very essential for worshipping God as instructed in Psalm. 150:4. It makes the flow of worship easy, solemn, and more meaningful especially when its effect is stayed on strings. I have seen situations where people get their deliverance, salvation, etc. just via the sound of this stringed instrument. This happens when it is been played in Spirit and in Truth with your mind stayed on the Holy Spirit

Other INSTRUMENTS: Sax, Trumpet, Drums, Our hands, voices , Keyboard etc.

I would never forget what the sound of the trumpets did to the fat thick solid huge wall of Jericho - how that giant wall fell down when the trumpets were blown in admiration to God. I think you should know Kunle Ajayi who blows the saxophone before the Ministration of Pst. E.A. Adeboye (G.O. of RCCG)? Whenever he blows the saxophone, i feel God's presence speaking to me. The same thing applies to Nathaniel Bassey, the Nigerian Gospel Artist who blows the trumpet during all his ministrations and the power of the Holy Ghost always moves. There are so many others out there who utilize musical instruments to glorify God's name through worship.

THE VOICE:
The Holy Book says "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
John:4:23"
In Truth: This simply implies, for you to be a true worshipper, you must avoid all forms of distraction, malice, eye-service and pride. These four things are grievious problems in the lives of some worshippers today. Some are easily distracted during worship; maybe by their phones, somebody's voice error, a girl by their sides or something else. Some are king of quarrels; they sing only with the intention of making their so-called enemies feel bad or inferior. Some only sing well whenever the Pastor is around or whenever the congregation seats are filled up. Some think they are always the best - they always hope for praises from people after singing And when they don't get praises from people, they get upset. It is so surprising how someone in the shadow of worshipping God is expecting his own worship from people. This was what took Satan away from God's presence. We should be very careful.

In Spirit: Worshipping God in the Spirit is very vital as it configures a smooth connection between humanity and Divinity. The rule that applies here is "don't focus on your own singing skills or abilities, just ask the Holy Spirit sing through you.
Ask the Holy Spirit to take charge of your lips of clay, your voice. Place all your confidence in Him (the Holy Spirit). This is why it is always preferable to close your eyes while worshipping God to avoid distraction and to allow the Holy Spirit take you to the Spirit realm of worship.

Worship is not necessarily confined to singing alone; it escalates to you saying the right words of reverence to God using any dialect you wish. Worship entails you showing respect to God for who He is, not just only for what He has done, but for the things He chose not to do for our own good, for the things He will do, for His mightiness, His Supremacy, His miracle working abilities, you name it.

I just Love worshipping this GOD. He is just too good to me. I love the position He has placed me today in church (Choir Leader.) And since i have had this position, He has been using me positively and my life has never remained the same.
