Power of God's Word

God's word is powerful, real, active and life. It brings life on anything it is sent forth to accomplish [Prov. 3:20-23]. God used over forty writers to bring us His blueprint for ages. However, He is the author of the Bible. God's word is breathed by the Holy Spirit and is totally without error. The Bible is the vehicle through which God has revealed His supreme plan for all ages. Chosen by God and controlled by the Holy Spirit, human vessels were used as the Holy Spirit spoke through them to bring God's knowledge to the human race.

Proverbs 3:23
Then you will walk in your way securely and in confident trust, and you shall not dash your foot or stumble.

In bringing His plan to pass, God sent His only begotten son, Jesus Christ. Without His plan to redeem man, there will be no Bible. Thus, Genesis to revelation is centred on this wonderful redemptive plan of God for man through His only begotten son, Jesus Christ. In that all have sinned and come short of the glory‘ of God [Rom. 3:23], only Jesus Christ can save us from sin and wrath to come [Rom 55-11]. So, the word of Christ must dwell in us [Co|.3:16]. We must accept the word of God in our lives [2 Cor. 2: 17; 4:2]. This word is the gospel ofthe Bible; it is good news of God for us [2 Cor. 9:13]. God is our all sufficiency

2 Cor.3:5
Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God.

The word of God is the ”Power of God” in communication with mankind [Heb. 4: 12]. Christ is the word made flesh to redeem us [John 1:1-5]. God created the world by the word of His mouth.

And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, let there be light.

God spoke and it was So. His word is yea and amen.
