You may have heard that Christ's name was never "Jesus" and that this name was forced upon the world by the Vatican 400 years ago.

A quick research of the Hebrew and Aramaic gospels quickly reveals His true name of Yeshua which had the original spelling of ישוע

Is the use of the name Jesus done in vain, when it clearly never was His name, was the Vatican deceitful in forcing the name change upon the world?

Exo_20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain.
Deu_5:11 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain.
Psa_24:4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not taken My name in vain, and hath not sworn deceitfully.

We know that the Lord and His Apostles spoke and wrote in their native language, Aramaic.

As you can see, God ensures that the correct name is given and preserved for all time, what man dares to change that?

I know that giving this teaching will evoke an angry response from many who do not want to admit that they were deceived, that the name "Jesus" is a false name used in vain, yet the evidence was always in plain sight, you only had to look.

Eph_5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words. For because of these things cometh the anger of God upon the children of unbelief.

Scriptures also tell us that when Christ returns, He will have a new name, that no man shall know of beforehand. A teaching for later...
