GIFT- A MANIFESTATATION OF GOD

Indeed, where there are gifts, there is the spirit of God. Our gifts are not self Generated, they are grounded solidly in God who is the source of them all we cannot feign Gods Gifts as doing so will be an exercise in pride, an arrogance before God and a deception before the people. But sadly, so many present day healers, prophets and evangelists do so for financial gains and glory.
Equally, our gifts are not self sustain; they flow from grace and flourish by grace though God’s gifts are not revocable, it if we do not maintain an active relationship with God through personal prayer and participation in the faith community, we can begin to take our gift for granted. Thus the opportunity of misuse can become a distant possibility. We will gradually loose respect for the sacredness of the gift and regard for the greatness of its source.
Thus, our gifts represent the gift of God in our life and in our world where there are gift from God, there is the spirit of God. The lord has therefore given us gift so our everyday life can becom the manifestation of the spirit, so the quality of our relationship will demonstrate once again for us to experience that ;
”the word became flesh and dwelt amongst us (John 1;14).

Our gifts are given primarily for common good : this is exactly why they are made to be visible so that others in need can benefit from them. Gifts are not self proclaimed, they should be visible and become known through our relationship with God and with others. Thus other people based on their experiences of relating to us, we confirm or predict the truth about our gift. So with our gifts, as followers of Christ, together witness to the full richness of the spirit present and activity in our various churches and our world. This are few comments on gifts which will enable us understand them well.

It should be noted here that, it is not, within the scope of this book to discuss in details all the gifts of the holy spirit, but however, efforts will be made to discuss some of them that make for contemporary interest

Gifts are usually blessings from God and reception of this gifts are dependent on the receiver and not the giver. So to receive gifts from God, we need to be of the right attitude.
That's true, what you are is God gift to you, what you become is your gift to God.
So let's make good use of ourselves.
The lord is our savoir and our provider he is always able to provide us with all the gift we need and the ones we need .
We all have a gift from God which we will always protect and thank him the Lord
This is a fact of life:
WE really need to use our gifts to serve Him!
Gifts really show love from the part of the giver. When God gives us beautiful gifts, we should be appreciative because it is base on his love for us. Thanks for sharing this.
God is the ultimate giver of gifts, and all we are capable of doing very well individualistically is as a result of his magnanimous bestowment upon our life.
We must make use of our gifts to praise God and glorify him, also do good, to affect our fellow human
