ARE YOU PLEASING GOD OR MEN?

People are now pleasing men rather to please their God who created them. Unfortunately, we find most of them in the house of God where they please the pastors i.e Eye service. They no longer work for the glorious home anymore, all they do is to work to gain accolades from their pastors, boss at work and so on.
Proverbs 29:25,
The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe
Even the Bible made us understand that those who fear men will be cursed but it is one who trust the Lord, him shall be safe.
As a Christian, you are to please God with the way you worship and praise God. Even at your place of work, you need to work and please God and not acting what is against the Lord just because you want to please him/her.
Matthew 10:28-33
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell
Do not please men by doing the wrong thing because they can only kill the body and not the soul but the Bible says we should only fear the one who can take both the soul and body. Some people get so afraid of a person to the extent that they have no choice than to submit to whatever they say because they know they can kill if they fail not to do it but in as much as you only fear the God who is able to destroy the body and soul, then you have nothing to worry about.
It goes on in verse 32-33 that
Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven
But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven
You have to confess Jesus before all men so that He will be pleased to confess that He knows you before God but if you chose not to, then the wrath is upon you already.
An example of people who pleases God was Daniel and the three Hebrew men in the book of Daniel. They please God rather than the King, this made the King with anger to throw them into the furnace but fortunately for them, God sent an Angel to them and was able to save them that they weren't hurt.
IN CONCLUSION,
When you please God just like the Hebrew men, God will save and protect you from danger
It is important that we make it a TOP priority to please God rather than men. Pleasing God is mandatory. Pleasing God is the supreme service we can do.
