The Potter and the Mud
18 The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying, 2 Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will make thee hear my words. 3 Then I went down to the potter's house, and behold, he was there doing work on the wheel. 4 And the earthen vessel which he was making was spoiled in the potter's hand; and he made another vessel out of it, as it seemed good to the potter to make it.
Beautiful word that God showed to the prophet Jeremiah, let us be understood in this beautiful word are many Christians who seek God only for convenience and do not look beyond the kingdom of God that is expansion and beautiful. The potter is God and we are the clay when we are born born sinners we learn to manipulate just by crying to get what we want and then grow those manipulations turn bad intentions into lies, deception, wickedness, anger, and even fear.
We know that as humans we are not perfect absorbing all the customs of the world, The potter is not only to ask what they need in the material he gives us every day an invitation to enter his workshop and be changed spiritually as people shape our attitudes thoughts and thus break every chain of sins and form us as a fragile base that he can use.
God only wants us to invite him more to be in our heart to make friends with him, not asking in the material and asking for healing that he as our father if he would give them to us. But something very important he wants his children enter his heart and change our mind and erase our sins so we can live in the kingdom of God where everything is safe and God's shelter will always be in our heart. When the potter changes our character and thoughts it hurts us because we are human he removes things from the world from our heart for which we love but he does it to save us.
Let's go into the master's workshop every day so that God can change our heart and we can be more humble to forgive and love is not easy but if it is God who does it nothing is impossible ..
