Hello steemians

I welcome you to my post where I will be putting more light on the last post about what happens when your heart beat stops ,where we were told to live every moment like its our last. Every moment like the end will come anytime.

Today I will be talking about how we act Evey minute is it pleasing God and also loving him in the process or you just want to satisfy your flesh can you do what please God in times of temptation, you can't be a perfect person and can't be holy because it is written in

1 Sam 2vs 2
There is none holy as the Lord: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God.

That doesn't mean you can't start working toward being perfect, we should be able to quench the lust and power of the flesh ,everyone will eventually face a situation where he might have to go for the easy way down. Everyone will face temptation in one way or the other even Jesus was tempted after fasting for 40 days and 40 nights.

Mat 4vs 1-2
1Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.
2After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry.

You might be a very devoted Christian but nothing can ever be as perfect as choosing God first in everything and pray fervently because when temptation comes he's the only one that can save you.

The devil tempted Judas, one of the disciples of Christ and succeed , Judas could have been saved in the end if he does what pleases God by asking for forgiveness of sins , he might betray Jesus and still be saved in the End. Peter too denied Christ 3 times but he put God first and when back to ask for forgiveness.

That's the difference between one who put God's first always and those who doesn't but always fear God. A very insightful thought which I might be wrong about and I need an answer from everyone reading..

Are you a God fearing person or a God loving type? Or both ?

Judas was afraid and never thought God loves him while Peter loves God and came back to him. The story of the prodigal son was a unique example of how God loves us and wants us to do the same, to love him. Jesus came to this world to tell us about love. Do not love him and forsake his commandment it is written in;

John 14vs 15
if you love me you will keep my commandment

Therefore in you pleasing God always love everyone including that very person who wants your downfall. Life will never be Interesting if there is no one to compete with, no one to badmouth you when you not around.

Change your ways today. Tomorrow might be too late

Thanks for reading and your comment means alot to me because that's how we can grow together and interact more
