It has been a fact that is repeated as the coup given to President Chávez in 2002, at that time, the military that were ministers kidnapped President Chávez, announced by means of communication that Chavez had resigned and then used Mr. Carmona Estanga who He proclaimed himself president of Venezuela.
The people of the capital of Venezuela, Caracas, seeing this strange situation, went out in the streets to look for their president, since they had 24 hours that they did not know about him.
President Chávez was accustomed to talking to the people every day and that absence alerted the population, which took to the streets in a demonstration never seen in our country, to ask for the return of its president.
This mobilization seemed like an uncountable pack of people walking at the same pace and in the same gesture of struggle, war and exacerbation. This reaction of force activated the military of rank of lieutenants, who alerted their troops and joined the people, subdued the coup leaders and managed to recover President Chávez and restore him to power.
Today, January 23, we wanted to do a similar act, only that this fact is funny because of the magnitude of the illogical events that take place.
January 23 is a date celebrated in Venezuela because it commemorates the dispute of the people of Caracas, when going out to fight against the dictatorship, which at that time General Marcos Perez Jimenez maintained in the country, in 1952, managing to knock him down.
Then, today, January 23, 2019, it was taken as a key date, in which a group opposed to the current government of Nicolás Maduro, and that is influenced and directed by the US government, intended to give a coup by proclaiming the president of the National Assembly, which today is in contempt, as President of the Republic, bypassing elections, and relying on articles 233 and 333 of our National Constitution.
This is how these two articles of our constitution read.
Article 233:
"Absolute faults of the President of the Republic: his death, his resignation, or his dismissal decreed by the Supreme Court of Justice, his permanent physical or mental incapacity certified by a medical board appointed by the Supreme Court of Justice and with approval of the National Assembly, the abandonment of office, declared as such by the National Assembly, as well as the popular revocation of its mandate.
When there is an absolute lack of the President-elect or President-elect before taking office, a new universal, direct and secret election shall be held within the following thirty consecutive days. While the new President or the new President is elected and takes office, the President of the National Assembly will be in charge of the Presidency of the Republic.
If the absolute lack of the President or the President of the Republic occurs during the first four years of the constitutional term, a new universal, direct and secret election shall be held within the following thirty consecutive days. While the new President or the new President is elected and takes office, the Executive Vice President or Executive Vice President will be in charge of the Presidency of the Republic.
In the previous cases, the new President will complete the corresponding constitutional period.

"This Constitution will not lose its validity if it ceases to be observed by act of force or because it is repealed by any other means than the one foreseen in it.

Then, in article 233, it is evident that President Maduro has not failed or is not dead or left.
And in Article 333, the constitution is in force, and although there is a NATIONAL ASSEMBLY in contempt for not fulfilling an order of the Judiciary.
This desacato in the year 2017, originated protests and manifestations and they intensified establishing Guarimbas and closings of streets, assassinations and destructions to the public institutions of the state.
Considering the anarchy that was fomented in the country, President Maduro, supported by the constitution invited the people to vote for a referendum and create a NATIONAL CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY that could fulfill the functions of the National Assembly in contempt, and likewise, could write A NEW CONSTITUTION.
The people voted for the YES, and a National Constituent Assembly was created, considering that the National Assembly is in contempt, and thus be able to draft the New Constitution. This National Constituent Assembly would be valid for two years.
Juan Guaidó SELF-PROPOSED President of my country, in an unusual and ridiculous, but dangerous way.
Juan Guaidó is a deputy in the National Assembly in contempt, and was placed as president of that National Assembly in contempt, considering that President Maduro was killed as expected, then he as president of the National Assembly had to remain as president until new elections, according to the Constitution.

This situation really embarrasses us as fellow citizens of our country.
He himself, as a Venezuelan, does not respect our laws and our constitution and at the same time he is selling himself to the highest bidder, because like all Venezuelans we know, he was manipulated, influenced and bought by the US government, which as the whole world already knows. , is the one who is very interested in seizing the riches and goods of our country.
Venezuela is a chicken of the golden eggs that many want, not for its people, not for its image, not for its landscapes, not for its infrastructure, since we are a sub-developed country.
They want us solely and exclusively for our natural riches as it is. OIL, GOLD, GAS, COLTAN, DIAMOND, IRON, BAUXITE AND HYDROELECTRIC ENERGY.
We are a country with incalculable natural riches, although we have not known how to take advantage of it and invest our resources for the benefit of the country, because everything was taken by the countries that dominated us, now developed.

With the government of Chávez and Maduro a huge percentage is being invested in the social attention for the population and this is what has exorbitrated the imperialists of Venezuela and the world.
We have gone through any number of crazy things as they are: the indefinite strikes that have escaped from the hands of those who direct them, by coups, by traffic jams, by guarimbas, murders, shortages, electrical sabotages, internet, means of cables, by burning of living persons, explosions and most terrible by an economic blockade imposed by the most terrifying government of all humanity: the USA of America.
My God, is it not enough for them to understand that we want peace, tranquility, that we are not going to give up and that we will fight to preserve peace in our beautiful and warlike country?
My God, do you realize that they do not let us live in peace, do not let us lead our lives in peace? They stun us in the way they see fit?
They realize that the millionaires of the world apply the law of survival: "ONLY LIVE THE STRONGEST" to the weakest must abandon them to their fate and must die because this world is for the strongest, As it happens in the animal life, and the strongest are the richest.
We know that all this problematic driven by the most powerful economically, joined the uncontrolled and unhealthy corruption that overwhelms us every day more and of course that contributes to worsen our life status, prevent us from having a decent, sustainable and sustainable life in the weather.
