On July 31, 2012, he married Bryce Manderfield, executive director of Soluciones Juveniles, a training ministry for Christian Protestant youth in Latin America.4 In August of the same year, he collaborated with Hillsong on the Hillsong Global Proyect, a production which consists of nine albums recorded in nine languages, including Spanish, interpreted by recognized Christian Protestant artists such as Alex Campos, Marcos Witt, and Marco Barrientos. Marcela performed the songs "Hosanna", "It's your love" (with Darlene Zschech) and "Eterno amor" (with Marcos Witt) .5
In 2015; Marcela Gandara participates in the song "Mystery" with Steven Richards, part of the album "Espejos" of the Protestant Christian band Un Corazón.
On June 8, 2017, he released a new single entitled Cerca Cerca on his YouTube channel. Also on August 4, 2017, he released his single "Cascada", both singles were released with the record label Lv & M.
