THE GOD OF MERCY AND THE GOD OF JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Unsaved Dead; This is the White Throne Judgment. It will take place after the millennial reign. (Revelation 20:1115, 21 :8), Listen to this, "And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away, and there was found no place for them.

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books according to their works " (Rev 20:11-15).

These are the unsaved from all generations. The judge, Jesus will command death, the grave, the seas, rivers and oceans to release the dead which are in them. They will obey. These books contain the records of every man's life from the cradle to the grave.

The rich or poor, titled or common, old or young, healthy or ill, famous or infamous, stand before the savior turned judge for their deeds to be exposed in the lightOf His omniscience records.

This is the book of death. Two classes of "The accused " here: The ones who died before Jesus, the Savior came (John 5:28-29). These will be judged by their works. Those who had the opportunity during the Gospel of grace to believe in Christ but rejected Him. Scripture says about this class of people: "And whosoever was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire " (Rev 20:15).

To the former class, the scripture declares "Marvel not at this; for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth, they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life, and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of condemnation " (John 5:28 29).

I can imagine Jesus saying to those who are just church-goers, those who call Him Lord, Lord and never do His will; preachers who use His name butnever really allowed Him to be Lord of their lives, hypocrites and others; "I tried to be your advocate, your saviour but all to no avail but now, "I AM YOUR JUDGE God"
