"When I first heard that my friend died, I was in shock. I couldn’t believe that my friend, who was so caring, had decided to end his life. It was so hard to breathe right after I got the news. I sank to the floor because my legs decided to give up. My friend meant everything to me. He was the person I could depend on the most. He was there for me whenever I needed him. He was a huge part of my life. When I heard he was gone, I felt so empty. It was almost like part of me died with him.
I didn’t cry within the first 24 hours after I received news of his death. I even tried to text and call him a few times. I couldn’t believe he was gone. I thought that maybe the next time, he would pick up the phone and I would hear his voice. After about the 14th time I called him, it really started to sink in. He was gone. He wasn’t coming back. I would never hear his voice again. At that moment, I broke down. I couldn’t imagine continuing my life without him.
I still miss him everyday. I’m taking it day by day for now. There are things everyday that I see and think of him and how it would make him laugh. I still have all of the wonderful memories of him. I will never forget him.

John 5:28,29 Acts 24:15 Revelation 20:12, 13 put it clear as to what happens to our dead loved once

“Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”

And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection+ of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

Revelation 20:12, 13
And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and scrolls were opened. But another scroll was opened; it is the scroll of life.+ The dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds.+ 13 And the sea gave up the dead in it, and death and the Grave* gave up the dead in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds.

**Proof Resurrection **
A rising up from death. The Greek word a·naʹsta·sis literally means “raising up; standing up.” Nine resurrections are mentioned in the Bible, including the resurrection of Jesus by Jehovah God. Although other resurrections were performed through Elijah, Elisha, Jesus, Peter, and Paul, these miracles are clearly attributed to God’s power. The earthly resurrection of “both the righteous and the unrighteous” is essential to God’s purpose. (Ac 24:15) The Bible also mentions a heavenly resurrection, termed “the earlier” or “the first” resurrection, involving the spirit-anointed brothers of Jesus.​—Php 3:11; Re 20:5, 6; Joh 5:28, 29; 11:25.
