God is spirit, and those who worship Him must do so in spirit and in truth.

To worship Him in spirit and in truth is decision and passion to love God that desire comes from the heart of every worshiper. Everyone who loves in spirit and in truth knows what it is intimate with God that his spirit lives in communion with our spirit, walks with talking with him, and that he is always present. That is the best decision that the human being can have made a radical change in his life by allowing the Holy Spirit to live in his home.

Many of us have a hard time prostrating ourselves to worship God, but we have to understand that this is how God wants us to be prostrate before His feet. In front of the altar is that all things are possible, he is the only one who can change us and with his strength, love, and peace takes us out of the world to live as we live in heaven.
