Its really funny to say that one would wait for time or time would wait for one. Time is indeed a factor taken into consideration when anything is about to be done, one should try and make fruitful of one's time if one wants get a positive result in what one is doing. Planning is indeed of good morals and it directly proportional to time induced in the situation planned, there is a popular saying that one would plan to fail if one fail to plan.
