Our mind is a miracle of God. Our mental faculties are a magnificent work of the Creator. We are what we think, we must think creatively.
The Apostate and Philosopher Paul surprises us with some wise indications for the Philippians:
"all that is true, all that is honest, all that is just, all that is pure, all that is lovely, all that is of good name, if there is any virtue and if there is praise, that is what occupies your thought "(Philippians 4.8).
It is in the field of the mind that violent battles of the flesh against the spirit take place, where Satan makes lurid suggestions. In the cellars of our subconscious is the bad thoughts that obstruct our communion with God and with our neighbor.
We need to learn with the Lord Jesus to use our mind effectively! We need pure minds!
The Christian leader needs to have a creative mind
create systems of excellence, establish patterns of performance, look for ways to improve the quality of their service.
Your mind is oriented to create effective models. He looks for new ideas. It is motivated by the mind of Christ. He studies leaders who revolutionized his time. Leaders who made all the difference. Leaders who benefited their leaders and society in general.
The Christian leader needs to have a dreamy mind
José owned it. He was misunderstood and persecuted by his brothers. Unjustified in the house of Potiphar. I forget about the cellmate, but not for the Lord. God's dream in his life was fulfilled. A dreamer leader who overcame all obstacles in the Lord. He became an excellent, successful leader model. That slave-dreamer was transformed by God into the prime minister of Egypt, being a Jew.
Dear brothers, How we need to dream the dreams of God! José dreamed them. God made him a respected man inside and outside of Egypt. A strategist of excellence because he was obedient and placed himself in the hands of God to witness in history.
The Christian leader must have a revolutionary mind
Jesus had this mind. He revolutionized his time and continues all around him. Live and teach love. Live and teach forgiveness. Established the Justice of the Kingdom of God. He did the work of a slave. He spoke with an adulterous woman (who was rejected by society) and forgave her. He valued women and children who were not counted in his time. He applied the Scriptures to change society. He stayed at the house of a tax collector who was marginalized by Jewish society.
And not satisfied with this, our Lord Jesus Christ called simple men to revolutionize the world with the message of the gospel, preached that the true revolution is spiritual.
The Christian leader needs to have a mind focused on Christ.
Paul teaches: "But we have the mind of Christ" (1 Corinthians 2:16). Having the mind of Christ means thinking as he thought. Do as he did. Break paradigms as He broke. A balanced mind. Mind adjusted to the will of the Father. The mind that thinks on the basis of an authentic faith. The mind that works for the poor and needy. Mind that produces benefits for those who trust in His Word. Sober and fair mind. Bright and penetrating. That works and spreads the good seed. Mind whose thought is characterized by the peace of the Savior. Mind that thinks about the welfare of the neighbor.
The manual of the Christian leader is the Word of God.
There are all the budgets, all the certainties, all the address and all the security that he needs. The successful Christian leader is one who seeks inspiration in the Bible as the primary reading. In it we find the leaders who, used by God, changed the history of their time and still continue to change.
Jesus, who called twelve common men for an extraordinary job. We and the brothers of the past and the future are the result of the leadership of the Master, the Leader who gave his life for us on the cross. Let us be leaders whose mind is that of Christ to make all the difference in this time, for the Glory of God.

The word tells us that we must think of everything that is just, everything that is pure, everything that is of good name, the battlefield is in our mind. Our thoughts must be captive to the obedience of Christ, toppling every argument, and every mental strength.

Because we have the mind of Christ, we will always do things aright. Men of the world no longer read scriptures, its our lives they are reading as children of God.
