Is it not true that vowels in Hebrew are interpreted by the reader or council?

If the vowels are subjective, I could see how they could go just about anywhere in the scriptures and find what they are looking for as any English word with two or more vowels could be easily formed from the existing consonants and referenced/located by number.

Thanks for your thought provoking posts in any case, I have enjoyed them as well as the community response to them.
