Hechos 20:16-24
El apóstol Pablo como muchos otros tenían un ministerio para llevar adelante y cumplir, él debía dar un mensaje específico que consistía en predicar sobre la gracia de Dios y la fe que salva aquellos que creen, la palabra que hemos leído en este texto nos ayuda a comprender la clave de nuestra salvación, es el llamado: "Evangelio de la gracia de Dios".
Somos salvos por la gracia y la misericordia de Dios, todo lo que pudiésemos hacer, las mayores obras como frutos de nuestras manos nunca podrían interferir entre la brecha que existe entre nuestro pecado y la santidad divina. Por nuestros medios nunca podríamos cumplir las demandas y requisitos de Dios sobre todo cuando entendemos el significado de la ley por medio de Jesucristo.
No penséis que he venido para abrogar la ley o los profetas; no he venido para abrogar, sino para cumplir. 18 Porque de cierto os digo que hasta que pasen el cielo y la tierra, ni una jota ni una tilde pasará de la ley, hasta que todo se haya cumplido. 19 De manera que cualquiera que quebrante uno de estos mandamientos muy pequeños, y así enseñe a los hombres, muy pequeño será llamado en el reino de los cielos; mas cualquiera que los haga y los enseñe, este será llamado grande en el reino de los cielos. 20 Porque os digo que si vuestra justicia no fuere mayor que la de los escribas y fariseos, no entraréis en el reino de los cielos.

Gracia de Dios todo lo hace diferente, no tiene nada que ver con nuestro desempeño, la gracia de Dios está fundamentada solamente en el amor y el favor de Dios hacia con nosotros, lo más destacable es que el medio que utilizó para salvarnos es la fe, la gracia se extiende a lo largo y lo ancho como un regalo no merecido pero que Dios lo entrega en nuestras manos con mucho amor.
8 Porque por gracia sois salvos por medio de la fe; y esto no de vosotros, pues es don de Dios; 9 no por obras, para que nadie se gloríe.
