21 But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness is given through faith in[a] Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 25 God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished— 26 he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus. 27 Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. Because of what law? The law that requires works? No, because of the law that requires faith. 28 For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.

The sinner who is JUSTIFIED, is treated as "Righteous" NO "as if He were Righteous", because Christ, who knew no sin, bore not only our sins, WAS THE SINS OF HUMANITY on the cross, and for us "He became a sin.) That we might be made justice of GOD in Christ.
God made him who had no sin to be sin[a] for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
2 Corinthians 5:21
"But now, apart from the law, God's justice has been manifested."
CHRIST IN US THE JUSTICE OF GOD
And all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
Romans 3:24

Como está escrito: No hay justo, ni aun uno
Romanos 3:10
Pero ahora, aparte de la ley, se ha manifestado la justicia de Dios, testificada por la ley y por los profetas; la justicia de Dios por medio de la fe en Jesucristo, para todos los que creen en él. Porque no hay diferencia, por cuanto todos pecaron, y están destituidos de la gloria de Dios, siendo justificados gratuitamente por su gracia, mediante la redención que es en Cristo Jesús, a quien Dios puso como propiciación por medio de la fe en su sangre, para manifestar su justicia, a causa de haber pasado por alto, en su paciencia, los pecados pasados, con la mira de manifestar en este tiempo su justicia, a fin de que él sea el justo, y el que justifica al que es de la fe de Jesús.
¿Dónde, pues, está la jactancia? Queda excluida. ¿Por cuál ley? ¿Por la de las obras? No, sino por la ley de la fe.
Concluimos, pues, que el hombre es justificado por fe sin las obras de la ley.

Al que no conoció pecado, por nosotros lo hizo pecado, para que nosotros fuésemos hechos justicia de Dios en él.
