We want to be people, we want to be good leaders, we have to follow the example of Jesus Christ.
21 For this is what you were called; because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, so that you may follow in his footsteps; 22 who committed no sin, nor was guile found in his mouth; 23 who when they cursed him, he did not respond with a curse; When he suffered, he did not threaten, but entrusted the cause to the one who judged justly; 24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we, being dead to sins, might live to righteousness; and by whose wounds you were healed.

There are many phrases that are true and regarding raising children there is a phrase that says that our children learn much more from what we do than from those we say. To be good leaders for our children, those under our care, we need two main things, we need correct teaching accompanied by the correct attitude. We as parents do not strive to instill the best in our children and this is key, the attitude with which we carry out all the lessons in life is also vitally important, the best example of correct attitude shows us the Lord Jesus Christ.
Parents have a very important call to lead those who make up our home, this leadership is based on the love and sacrifice of Jesus Christ as a model. Our children need to see their parents as an example of those who spend time with God, who turn to the word of God to make the right decisions, who are generous in showing love to other people.
Our children learn to walk with God when they see their parents walk with God, our children apply biblical precepts when they see their parents do it in their daily lives. Our teaching towards them, our example and the attitude with which we carry all this forward will foster great confidence applied in the ways of the Lord.
Come on, right now you don't have children, anyway we are always leading someone, we are leading in our circle of influence. Let us always remember at all times that Jesus Christ is the perfect model who gives us the example to imitate and thus share the truth of God with everyone around us.
But Jesus, calling them, said to them: You know that those who are considered rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise power over them. 43 But it will not be so among you, but whoever wants to become great among you will be your servant, 44 and whoever among you wants to be first will be servant of all. 45 For the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.

Let us rely with confidence on the example of leadership and service of our Lord Jesus Christ, let us teach, train and love our children and other people, let us put this type of attitude ahead and ask God to help us every day grow in it.

21 Pues para esto fuisteis llamados; porque también Cristo padeció por nosotros, dejándonos ejemplo, para que sigáis sus pisadas; 22 el cual no hizo pecado, ni se halló engaño en su boca; 23 quien cuando le maldecían, no respondía con maldición; cuando padecía, no amenazaba, sino encomendaba la causa al que juzga justamente; 24 quien llevó él mismo nuestros pecados en su cuerpo sobre el madero, para que nosotros, estando muertos a los pecados, vivamos a la justicia; y por cuya herida fuisteis sanados.

Hay muchas frases que son verdades y con respecto a la crianza de los niños hay una frase que dice que nuestros hijos aprenden mucho más de lo que hacemos que de aquellos que decimos. Para ser buenos líderes para nuestros hijos, quienes están bajo nuestro cuidado necesitamos dos cosas principales, necesitamos una enseñanza correcta acompañada de la actitud correcta. Nosotros como padre no se esforzamos para inculcar lo mejor en nuestros hijos y esto es clave, también es de vital importancia la actitud con la que llevamos adelante todas las lecciones en la vida, el mejor ejemplo de actitud correcta nos muestra el señor Jesucristo.
Los padres tenemos un llamado muy importante para liderar aquellos que componen nuestro hogar, este liderazgo está basado en el amor y el sacrificio de Jesucristo como modelo. Nuestros hijos necesitan ver a sus padres como ejemplo de quienes pasan tiempo con Dios, que recurren a la palabra de Dios para tomar las decisiones correctas, que sean generoso demostrando amor a otras personas.
Nuestros hijos aprenden a caminar con Dios cuando ven a sus padres caminar con Dios, nuestros hijos aplican los preceptos bíblicos cuando ven que sus padres lo hacen en su vida diaria. Nuestra enseñanza para con ellos, nuestro ejemplo y la actitud con la que llevamos todos esto adelante fomentará una gran confianza aplicado en los caminos del señor.
Vamos que en este momento tú no tienes hijos, de todas maneras siempre estamos liderando a alguien, estamos liderando en nuestro círculo de influencia. Recordemos siempre en todo momento que Jesucristo es el modelo perfecto el cual nos da el ejemplo a imitar y así compartir la verdad de Dios con todos los que nos rodean.
Mas Jesús, llamándolos, les dijo: Sabéis que los que son tenidos por gobernantes de las naciones se enseñorean de ellas, y sus grandes ejercen sobre ellas potestad. 43 Pero no será así entre vosotros, sino que el que quiera hacerse grande entre vosotros será vuestro servidor, 44 y el que de vosotros quiera ser el primero, será siervo de todos. 45 Porque el Hijo del Hombre no vino para ser servido, sino para servir, y para dar su vida en rescate por muchos.
