First Things First

Hello steemians, Happy Sunday to you all. Greetings to you all in the Name of Jesus Christ. Welcome to today's Insight from Scripture. Before we proceed, please permit me to say briefly that yesterday was yet another good experience for me to learn more on how steemit works. If you have been following my blog on steemit, you will agree with me that few days ago l did express my happiness for coming back from my one week break from posting on this great community, which l felt has given me a better understanding on how steemit works but little do l know that l have known nothing yet.

It was like in a dream after posting one of the yesterday's news on my blog, little did l know that l forgot to put my source on the article and even another big error not untill when people brought to my notice that : "hey man, you already gat cheetah comment and upvote on your blog" and l asked "what is cheetah again" l was meant to understand that it shows that my work was lifted verbatim but l seriously argued that l had my source on the blog, l never knew that my source was not there.

Anyways, that was an eye opener and a serious call for action. I will not go into details on some comments because of time, that will be topic of another day, that day will definitely be when l will write on my one month on steemit. So follow me, in other not to miss it and greater things ahead. We proceed on today's Insight from Scripture.

**OVERVIEW SCRIPTURE **
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

In the kingdom of God, first things are first and second things are second, and so on. When the order is changed when God has not said so, things became jammed and do not yield the expected result.

Fellow steemians, our God is a God of principles and orderliness. When you obey and follow His principles and order as commanded, you will be amazed with the kind of unmerited favour and inevitable sweatless achievements that will become the order of the day in your life.

The opening scripture is a good example, in which Jesus Christ admonished His disciples and admirers to seek the kingdom of God and God's righteousness, and that all other needs would be supplied by God. In other words, find God's utmost interest and receive our Lord Jesus Christ, and all other needs will be met.

When you change the order, you will struggle without finding rest for your life. Even as Christians, we should make Jesus Christ our utmost priority, before anything else, because we are crucified with Christ and the life we live, we live for Christ and not for our own selves, Galatians 2:20.

** Do You Know This Truth**

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

The Apostle Paul uses the subject pronoun "we", who was he referring to? He was referring to God, the Apostles, and all who are mature in Christ Jesus. Those who are mature in Christ come to this conclusion that all things have worked together for their good.

If you want to be part of the "we" as a child of God, what you must do is to love God, find the purpose for which He has called you, and execute it.

One of those purpose to which God has called us, to my own understanding, is to preach His word, to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the nation's of the earth.

As we all know that "Faith without works is dead," James 2:17. Hence, any child of God who says he/she loves God but is not doing the work of God or fulfilling the purpose of God is missing out. Such people will not have all things working together for their good.

As you begin this new month, it not too late to become part of the "we" so that the heavens, the earth, and the things therein will work together for your good.

Remember this: one of the ways to become part of the "we" is to love God from the depth of your heart. A man cannot say that he love God without doing His will and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. May God help us to continue to do His will and preach His word in Jesus Precious Name AMEN.

So, make up your mind and start today being Sunday in your various local assemblies (church) and be Blessed in this month so that you can end the year on a good note, AMEN
