I MUST BE RICH
1 Timothy 6:9
But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and [into] many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
It is not wrong to desire the best in life, neither is it wrong to desire to be rich.
It is the will of GOD that HIS children have the best of everything on earth, but that shouldn't be our reason for serving GOD.
The number one contender with GOD for the heart of men is money. “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both GOD and money (Matthew 6:24).
This means that money can be your master if you are not careful. It will tell you what to do, where to go, who to be associated with, etc.
Money is not evil, but your love for money and riches can easily lead you to hell.
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows (1 Timothy 6:10).
Many who loved money have pierced themselves with many sorrows. Instead of chasing riches at the expense of your soul, desire to do good. But thou, O man of GOD, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love.... (1 Timothy 6:11).
Receive grace to follow righteousness in the Name of JESUS.
...beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth. (Luke 12:15)
The only reason why I work for money is because that’s the only language that this world can hear, that’s their medium of exchange, otherwise there’s nothing good about money, I pray that the grace of God may increase more on me like it was with Jesus who never touched money not for once!
I don’t pray to be rich with money because I’m already rich with an enduring substance which is ‘Christ in me, the hope of glory’.
Money is not a blessing for a believer in Christ.

Thanks dear friend,though money may not be sin itself but human beings always let the money take them into sin that is what as Christians we need to note it.
I concur with you, but the praise, level of esteem that even the (church) have for money is called for great concern, as it is written;
Luke 16:15 ......for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.
Because the world requires money from us as a price to be able to live in their kingdom for a while (earthly kingdom ) shouldn’t make us not to put money where it belongs!
Money is nothing, money is vanity, money is not a blessing, money is not a true riches, money is a counterfeit of the true riches.
Help me and make nonsense of the great value that the world and the (church ) placed on money 💴!
God’s intension was that this world should run by love not money!
Love is the ultimate!
Money will soon end but love endures forever!!!!!!!.
