Everything we started, we necessarily need to start with God. The beginnings are fundamental. Everything that happens at the beginning, in the foundation of something or someone, that will shape its end.

We usually think that we can do anything just by the use of the name of Jesus. But the Holy Spirit said: "Anything according to his will". In 1 John 5.14, he says: "And this is the confidence we have for him: that if we ask something according to his will, he hears us."

There is always a will of God before the fulfillment of any promise from Him. By virtue of it, there must always be the will of God before every request we make to the Lord. In Hebrews 10:36, it is written: "In effect, you need perseverance, so that, having done the will of God, you will achieve the promise."

If we start something looking for the will of God, we will certainly be victorious, even if we do not receive what we ask, because what is at stake is knowing the good, pleasant and perfect will, and not just receiving a gift from God. What is at stake at all times is the presence of God.

On a point of order, before the fulfillment of a promise comes the will of God, before the will comes the presence of God. Therefore, seek the presence of God to know his will; accept your will to receive your promise. Receive the promise and praise will spontaneously sprout from your lips.

We like to think that the Lord will do anything just because we use his name. But when we put all the biblical references on the same table we perceive that the Lord will do all things according to his divine will. King David thought he could build the temple, the prophet Nathan also thought that he could and said, "Go deep, friend!" Everything you do God will approve. "But when the prophet came home, the Spirit Saint came upon him and sent him back to David with the message saying that there would be no less possibility that David would build the temple and that he would not even see the temple being built.

In 2 Samuel 7.2-7, it is written: "The king said to the prophet Nathan," Look, I live in the house of cedars, and the ark of God is in a tent. "Nathan said to the king," Go, do everything that is in your heart, because the Lord is with you. "But that same night, the word of the Lord came to Nathan, saying," Go and tell my servant David, 'This is what the Lord says: Will you build me a house for my room? I have not lived from the day I brought up the children of Israel from Egypt to this day, but I have walked in a tent, in a tabernacle. "In every place where I walked with all the children of Israel, I spoke a word with anyone from His tribes, whom I commanded to feed my people of Israel, saying, Why not build me a house of cedar?

When we read biblical texts we understand that the Lord desires much more than people who use his name - He wants to walk with these people. In the same place where He sends us in His name, He says: "I will be with you." He does not want to just use us - He wants to know us and be known by us.

"Not everything he says to me: Lord, Lord, he will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." Many, on that day, will say to me: Lord, Lord. we have not prophesied in your name, and in your name we did not expel demons, and in your name we did not do many miracles, then I will tell you explicitly: I never knew you, remove those who practice iniquity from me "(Matthew 7.21-13. )

Therefore, before starting something we need to seek God to walk with him, know his will and fulfill his divine purpose. Basically, it is not about God doing the will of men, but about men and women doing the will of God. The name of the Lord is not an amulet. The name of the Lord is much more than that: He is an instrument of power for the fulfillment of God's will. I rejoice in his divine will. And you?
