Younger ones are those who are younger to us; and we are older to them. Those in this category should be treated with care. One thing younger ones do is that they emulate their ways. That which older ones do is that which younger ones usually copy. Therefore, older ones should be conscious of their conduct. source

They should watch themselves so that at all times and in all circumstances the younger ones learn from them the ways of right living.

To accept people and to tolerate them is an important attribute which we must exude in our relationships. There are people we have to live with and there are those we have to work with.

Our personal nature may clash with theirs but we still can and do have to live with them. It will be better to give up personal ego and give ground to the other so that we can live together with them.
