TRUST GOD FOR PERFECT PEACE
As much as I desire to be everything in life, my aim is to have peace and also have it in abundance, i want peace in spite of what ever I may achieved in life.
Who live without peace and live right? the answer is no one, Peace is vital but as little as the spelling is , it existence in our life's makes life a better place to be. Absence of peace brings trouble and unending bad appearance.
But as often as we all desire to be at peace in every area of our life , have we all considered the author of peace, the one who give peace like no other. The Bible says in Isaiah 26:1-4
Listen to them singing! In that day the whole land of Judah will sing this song:
“Our city is strong! We are surrounded by the walls of his salvation!” 2 Open the gates to everyone, for all may enter in who love the Lord. 3 He will keep in perfect peace all those who trust in him, whose thoughts turn often to the Lord! 4 Trust in the Lord God always, for in the Lord Jehovah is your everlasting strength.
God is the author of peace and am glad to tell you that God gives perfect peace to those who trust him and are faithful. I believe you know that walking with God and looking up to him for anything in our life's goes with the mindset of understanding his principles in whatever way we would like to experience him.
Experiencing God's perfect peace makes one to live purposefully. Knowing your purpose give meaning to your life, some people try dubious means or method to discover it, the only assured Way of getting it right is through God.
When your life has a steadfast purpose, you can Bear almost anything. Without peace nothing is bearable. The book of Isaiah 49:4 says
4 I replied, “But my work for them seems all in vain; I have spent my strength for them without response. Yet I leave it all with God for my reward.”
In other not to spend your strength in vain, you must receive Gods perfect peace which will make you to focus steadfastly on God's approved purpose. Having a steadfast purpose simplifies life. It defines what you do and what you don't do. It becomes the standard you use to evaluate which activities are essential and which aren't.
Without purpose you've no real foundation on which to base your decision, allocate your time and use your resources. Have time with God and he will lead your mind to peace. Trusting in God brings perfect peace. Shalom!
