Jesus is my example
source
Christians have Jesus Christ not only as our Savior and Lord, but he is also our greatest model in any area of our life. In that sense, as Christian leaders we must take the example of our Lord and know the secrets of his leadership to incorporate them into the ministry we have. It is necessary to know on the one hand the person of Jesus and on the other, the principles that He set in motion, today I share with you brothers of steemchurch two characteristics of the leadership of Jesus.
1 Peter 2: 21-24 21To this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example (PERFECT MODEL - Hupogrammos, Greek) (method of teaching) so that you follow his footsteps. 22 He did not commit a sin nor was deceit found in his mouth. 23When they cursed him, he did not answer with a curse; when he suffered, he did not threaten, but entrusted the cause to the one who judges righteously. 24He himself carried our sins in his body on the tree.
JESUS DEDICATED TIME TO PLAN
In leadership and in our lives it is very important to plan our work, imagine for a second if God had not programmed the birth, crucifixion and resurrection of his Son before the foundation of the world.
A plan is a written list of actions ordered and dated to achieve the desired goal.
(Habakkuk 2: 2 NIV). Habakkuk received the order: "Write the vision, and make it stand out clearly on the tablets, so that it can be read continuously."
Planning is the starting point for any dream or goal TRIUMPHANT, for all ministerial success.
1.- Noah planned the building of the ark. I would not have succeeded, but if I had taken the time to plan.
2.- Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived on Earth, spent time planning the construction of the temple.
- Moses, the deliverer who brought the Israelites out of Egypt, took the time necessary to plan the tabernacle.
4.- Paul planned his missionary trips and the implantation of churches in the cities that
visited.
Remember: A plan is a written list of actions ordered and dated to achieve the desired goal. When it starts, its development and when it ends. How to achieve it: plan A, B, C, etc.
So you have to plan and remember: Nobody makes plans to fail, but many fail because they do not formulate plans. As a leader, the first thing you should do when starting a new project or your ministerial activities, is precisely to plan both at a general level and at a specific level. That is, you must prepare your work plan.
FOR GOD THE VISITATION IS OF EXTREME IMPORTANCE.
God:
A) visited Adam in Eden,
B) He visited Moses in the burning bush,
C) He visited the human being through his Son Jesus Christ to offer him salvation and life
eternal
Jesus also dedicated himself to visit his people:
A. He visited his disciples
B. He visited his followers
C. He visited that couple at the wedding at Cana (John 2: 1-11),
D. He visited the home of Simon the leper (Matthew 26: 6-13),
E. He visited Simon Peter and healed his mother-in-law (Matthew 8: 14,15),
F. He visited Zacchaeus and brought salvation to his home (Luke 19: 1-10).
G. And he visited other people who needed his visitation.
Jesus was going where the people needed him.
1-He went to the market,
2-He went to the boats of the fishermen,
3-He went to the synagogue,
4-He went to the homes of the people,
5-He went everywhere.
6-He went to the lame
Jesus was accessible, he did not reject anyone. Jesus entered into the lives of those who needed him, not only in their homes, not only preached and taught them, but also entered their hearts and they entered Jesus' for love.
You are right , the only mentor mankind can have trust in him is Christ . For He came and live a blameless life. Thanks for sharing .
