A Dream Come True Kind of Life

As a kid I always wanted to be a medical Doctor but ended up doing A4; Economics, Geography and Maths and reading Accounting and Finance in the University, far from the dream right? In the second year of my Master Studies I decided to do Network marketing just so I could fulfill the unquenched passion for Medicine in me. It wasn’t quite rewarding because my marketing and public relation skills were too weak, so I stopped focusing on the big picture, money making. When I eventually completed my studies, just getting a job was so difficult. I had to remain a job hunter almost 4years. Then finally I picked the first job, unfortunately marketing, I knew I will never be up to the task but I put in my best efforts to see it work. At the end of my 3months probation, not only did I get an Accounting job but I got it at a Pharmacy, in all excitement and without waiting to think twice I jumped on it. I had always loved to live next to a jungle, not only did I get a job as an accountant in a pharmacy, the pharmacy was situated right next to a virgin forest and from the window of my office I sometimes see monkeys playing on trees. If this is not living a dream life then I do not know what to call it. I deeply hope for more like Oliver Twist. I hope I can construct a house for myself right next to a jungle so while I’m chilling I could still get my dream view, and complete the imperfections in my current perfect picture. Life is not what comes to you but what you make of it. One step at a time and moving forward ever.
