FEELING SO NOSTALGIC ABOUT HOME!

I come today to share a feeling with my STEEMIT Space Community friends, in what I title "feeling so nostalgic about home". Life experiences makes me think so deep about where I come from and where I am going to, nevertheless can I forget what life offers when one is able to live where he is loved. I think happiness gives a feeling of fulfilment when one live with people who love and cherish him/her. I love my home and that's where I find fulfillment; and I would like to let us know just how much a home offers to a person or group of people. What is a home, what do we called home?

Home by way of definition has many meaning. In the dictionary, the definition of home is the place in which one's domestic affections are centered. And when talk home I like to let everyone understand that home is home; and everything else is not home. That's the way the world is constructed. Not that you can't feel at home in other places. Home is where you accepted, wherever you can be you. Home is the arms of somebody you love. Home is a little slice of the world.
And more to this, home is the place where one lives permanently especially a a member of a family or household. It is your house, apartment, or condo. It is also the place we feel most comfortable, loved and protected. It is where we most feel at home. It is many things to many people. And it's the place you live and the places you love; people might feel at home in a bookstore, Park, or certain cities.
Home is something special, it's indescribable. It's not a structure or place per say but about feelings and important things like being with people you love and great experiences and memories. A house should make you feel safe, loved, and special.

The concept of home:
A home, or domicile, is a space used as a permanent or semi permanent residence for one or more human occupants, and sometimes various companion animals. It is a fully or semi- sheltered space and can have both interior and exterior aspects of it.

MY EXPERIENCE AND NOSTALGIA ABOUT MY HOME.
When we talk about home, we are talking about Where and when we feel at home, and we are talking about people who make or made us feel that way and about the comforts of our own home. If we can imagine those who flee their homes, we can feel the emptiness, the sadness, the nostalgia. These are people who have no homes. My experience is a typical example; I happen to have left my home due to insecurity posed by internal crisis to find solace in another town that I thought was more safer and accommodating, but just to realize that wasn't the case. As and internally displaced person (IDP), I was tagged a " that idp"which was so stigmatizing enough to have me become so nostalgic about my home. The loved ones I left behind makes me wonder when I shall see "my home again". Here I try to make it home but i am always retrospective and nostalgic about my home. If I have the opportunity to go back to my home, I will readily do so. But what is so absurd and ironical is the fact that if I go back there, I will find out that what I will see is what is not there. The people I loved and cherished no longer live there, it can't be home if they're longer there, only the emptiness and hopelessness. Home is home when you're living with people who love, and protect you. And once there are not there, it's no longer home.

Remember that a home is people, not a place. If you happen to go back there after the people are all gone then all you can see is what is not there anymore. A home per say is where you're loved the most, even when you act the worst. You're born into your family and your family is born into you. And wherever one finds comfort is called home. Let's know that life is not all about where we live but the people that surround us that make us feel at home. Family therefore is everything, family is gold, family means putting your arms around each other in and out of season!
