I have yet to make an AirBnB out of one of my properties. For now, they're too far away, but I'm hoping to buy something closer to where I live now and start my AirBnB adventure. I, too, wouldn't mind renting for Steem. How have your properties increased in profitability due to AirBnB instead of month to month renting?
It's depends. In cities like Barcelona, definitely yes. It's become a real problem because there are not places month to month renting for locals or, if there are some they are crazy expensive.
