Trick or Treat

I never allowed my children or grandkids to go out trick or treating because people could be so cruel, I just didn't trust some of the people to give kids something safe to eat.
So I always made them a candy bag , so that they would not feel left out, and I always let them wear their costumes to school on that day.
It was good to see the teachers in their costumes also.
