Great tips! I've experienced plenty of injuries in the last 2 years. It's the most in my jits career. I've learned the key is listening to your body and finding balance when going through recovery!
what is discouraging is a lot of the guys who you were getting the better of are now in incredible shape and getting the better of you. They get sharper while you occupy the couch!!! thanks for the vote and comment
