The sky cracks. A bolt of lightning strikes the ground ahead illuminating the land before you. There appears to be something out in the distance, the shadow of a vehicle attracts your attention.
"Ha! Damn you look awful meatbag"
The figure standing before you is a goblin, he seems to be taller than the usual ones. He continues to comment on your current state as you lean forward onto the cabinet in the side of his wagon. There appear to be fighter cards on the inside of it but the droplets on the glass obscure your vision.
Exhausted and deflated, you ask the goblin for a drink.
"Pff, what kind of traveler are you?.... I got fighters and booze for sale, want water? Go cry in a cup. So lets show some coin, before I have my dagger do the asking."
The goblin rummages around underneath the counter, moving stacks of cards around at a time. You stand back up straight from the counter and let out a sigh. A fighter could be handy right about now...
He rises from the counter and holds a card out in front of you.
"How about this for something special?"

I do not understand the meaning
Steembay?
Steembay is a blockchain based auction system, that makes sure, that timing is right and edits are ignored. As well it tags (mentions) people that are overbid and announces a winner. This gives more security vs. fraud and also creates sort of legal basis in form of an auction contract.
