Enroll others by sending 1 STEEM (or multiple ) to @steembasicincome with their name in the transaction memo.
The units required for various vote values depend on STEEM price along with posting frequency. It was recently benchmarked at 60 SBI for daily $0.021 upvote, so $1 would be about 50x that. That's about 3000. That's an estimated APR of about 24%
