I think something is wrong with this, negative votes without any criteria, that hurts the platform a lot.

I haven't researched further but I don't think that the available SP on this account is enough to hit all SBI users. I guess he cherry picks at the moment.
I also think this is wrong! On the other hand his criteria is clear! He thinks SBI is bad!

Ok that explains their behavior, it is extremely difficult to work like this, think that you are being banned for unfair reasons, or for erroneous criteria of someone who believes with power to harm the rest.

I'm sure he spreads his downvotes over other SBI users too. This and the potential of "flagging"/downvote battles and outright "wars" is what makes downvotes a general issue to me.
If something can be misused it will be misused and with this possibility HF21 gave people like this guy the means to "enforce" his beliefs onto others.
