What's A Better Prize? - We Want Your Opinions For Our Minnow Mondays Giveaway!
Our #newbieresteemday has a member @amariespeaks that has money burning a hole in her pocket! She is going to give away a prize on her "Minnow Mondays" program this week! So she asked me what you all would most like to receive. What would motivate you to do really well and make a great post so she could give away this prize?

@davemccoy My suggestion is giving a little of that Steem power for minnows.I am sure they would love it no matter how much it is.

For me, it would be much better if the winner will choose the prize that depends on his/her needs. Let's say for example contestant Z won and the prize is the letter A however it doesn't fit to his need so he might feel less saticfaction on it. Having options with the prize is also one way to attract. Cheers!

I agree it would be a great idea to allow a winner to choose which prize would fit them most.
If you just start out, the SP could be of great help, because I read a lot of stories about bandwidth issues, and two weeks might not seem much, but a whole lot happens in 2 weeks, and it could just make the difference for a lot of people.
Others, who have been around longer, or have invested some money in their account, are probably more interested in @steembasicincome shares, because the 50SP would make little or no difference for them...

I have been following for a bit now. I am sure at some point I will get one in from them. This one being round three may have complicated things as the reviewer may have needed to go back and read the previous parts. Like I said though, one of them will get the vote at some point, even if it is another curator swooping in because I hesitated too much.

I started following her the other day. Love her art! I spent a lot of time on the post I found the other day, and on this post here. I was ready to submit them both but then while doing the digging finally found at least one piece from each of her posts previously listed on her Facebook page.
I would love to see her do something brand new and post it here first. Whether it be just an artwork, or one of the process videos she has done in the past on YouTube. As long as she winds up posting something that isn't already somewhere else I will get her the vote at some point.

If I were a newbie, I would probably want the 50SP for a week. Yes, it's short-sighted, but a lot can change in 2 weeks, and not having bandwidth issues alone is worth a fair amount. That could allow an enterprising person to make enough meaningful connections that it could be worth more than cost of the SBI membership. Also, if a person doesn't post often, they're not able to extract as much value out of the SBI.
I think the SBI is a better long-term investment, but you have to be disciplined about posting. 50SP would be a short-term fix, so you'd want to use it wisely. Hint: not worth it to just upvote yourself with 50SP.

Yeah, buddy, it's me. I didn't want to override people, so I tried to just give a little perspective. Whoever wins will have to make their own choice and they'll have to have their own reasoning for why they chose it. I like getting people information to make those decisions.
