Some Pretty Girls ...

Hope you're enjoying your weekend ... I just got done colouring a new stamp I made and decided to show off some of the ones I have created recently ... I really think my colouring is coming along :D

So this is my new Queen Bee, I think she turned out super cute - the pose isn't something I'm really proud of, I feel like I took the easy way out - however I wanted her to look sweet and innocent which I think this pose conveys. Still, makes me wish I tried a little harder!

Which brings me to my next colouring ...

She feels pretty, and I certainly think she is too!

I wanted to play with the pose more for this one, especially since the doll I created earlier was much more plain. I think both bring out a sweet and innocent vibe, just in different ways. Although there are some things I am not happy with, for the most part I love this girl.

Right away I knew I wanted to give her a dark skin tone, and a light pink dress - I just LOVE the contrast of the dark skin and light pink. I added purple to the hem border but once I was finished I just wanted more to this dress so I added in some polka dots.

I used coloured pencils and copic markers for both of these ^_^
