This recipe is so good, it's rich and delicious and low in fat and calories
Italy is the most common food in western cuisine, and there are many theories about its origin, some say it came from ancient Rome, others say it was Marco Polo from China to the whole of Europe via Sicily. The raw material of the pasta is the hardest duran wheat, which has the characteristics of high density, high protein and high gluten. The pasta made of the whole body is light yellow, very resistant to cooking and good taste. Pasta is recognized as a world food, but compared with our traditional Chinese noodles, it is not quite my taste, but occasionally I need to use it to adjust my life and bring a different food experience.
Recently, because of a light diet, I suddenly want to eat some heavy flavor food, and I am afraid of the burden on my body. Fortunately, the calories of pasta itself is not high, only 56 calories, which is lower than white rice. It is suitable for people who have a strong appetite and often want to eat but also need low-calorie staple food. Pasta is also rich in B vitamins, which boost metabolism. Eating it before exercise helps burn fat, and it's rich in dietary fiber, which helps you feel full. So I put the pasta and curry together, then add the shrimps, potatoes, carrots and Onions, fragrant and delicious, low fat and low calorie, the child himself sweep a plate of pasta, much more delicious than the common western restaurant pasta!
