Microsoft Streaming Game Service Launches October.
new information about streaming game services Microsoft Project xCloud at the 2019 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). But at least the launch time of the service is now known.
Project XCloud will be launched in October. This service offers the ability to play Xbox games on many devices besides the Microsoft hero console.
So with Project xCloud, users can play Xbox games on devices such as PCs, cellphones, tablets, and so on.
But unlike Google Stadia, Microsoft also offers the option to stream games from Xbox to consumers, not just from Microsoft servers. This kind of feature previously owned by Sony on the PlayStation Remote Play.
Microsoft had previously confirmed that Project XCloud would support all game titles on the Xbox One, or more than 3500 games.
"This means that a collection of more than 3500 games will be able to be used on the service without the need for changes or modifications from the developer," Microsoft wrote in a blog post last May.
Although Microsoft will get resistance from a number of other companies that are also working on the game streaming business, analysts estimate the position of the company from Redmond, United States, will be better because it has strength in the infrastructure sector, content, and experience in the gaming field.
