A Pictorial Tour of Walmart
As a poor U.S. citizen, going to Walmart is one of the funnest things I do in my life.
Once, while visiting my hometown in Texas, I saw my childhood friend who was working there. I was in the greeting card section and we began reading the cards and just started dying laughing. Some of them are hilarious! Her manager put a stop to the fun by yelling from the next isle, "Tammy! When I come around the corner you best be stocking toothpaste or I'm fixing to get hostile!" I have laughed about him saying that for over twenty years, but now I have matured to know the importance of remaining on task while being paid to work.
So with that, I'd like to share my pictures of Walmart with anyone who may not have been to one. Just about any material object or food item one would require in our society is available there.()
The first thing in the foo entrance is fresh produce, a full deli, and a Subway sandwich shop. Some locations have McDonald's. ![20170815_192815.jpg]
Many end caps of the shelving feature dedicated screens advertising the products. Fancy Schmancy!
During this visit I saw three dogs. This is somewhat taboo although it's too hot for them to be left safely in their cars.
And finally our shipping is done. The pictures do not do the place justice as far as size. Here are the self check out lines which seem new despite being at least ten years old. I hope you will get to see a Walmart for yourself. Best wishes, younitedstates.
