Satisfying my son's cravings
Have you every craved for something and is about to cry when you know you can't have what you have craved for?
That's what my son felt last night when I refused to buy him miki noodles. He accompanied me to buy fish for dinner, I also bought Vegetables and it is when he saw the noodles being sold.
He honestly thought it was the same noodles made for spaghetti so he asked me to buy some but I refused since we already bought fish and we had enough. I will also be lost of budget if I buy what he wanted but we never need.
We walked to towards home and he started to have tantrums but I ignored him as I cooked the fish. We were about to have dinner when I noticed he really wanted to eat a spaghetti and I felt him, I also wanted to have macaroni soup for a while now but I was not able to make myself some and i feel awful.
Anyway, since I had some spaghetti noodles sitting at hoe for a while now, I decided to just give in to his cravings. I also had some spaghetti sauce in my sister's fridge (we don't have one) and made my son a spaghetti.
Good thing my husband took a photo of me while cooking and my excited kids came to he kitchen and I let them taste test if they like the sauce
Making the spaghetti was a rush, I only used one can of corned beef for the meat and no creamer at all but my kids liked the taste of the sauce.
My husband also took a video and I just screenshoted on some of the parts that I need for this blog
Despite the lack of ingredients the spaghetti I cooked tastes like spaghetti, hehe. My sister did not like the taste but my kids and my mum enjoyed the dish I prepared and most of all, I satisfied my son's cravings and I did everything I could to make it happen.
This will be all for today, thank you so much for your time and support! Keep safe and stay blessed!
