💰 Looking Way To Profit in Steemit ? - Layman Term
Are you desperate to look for way to make some bucks 💰 in #Steemit?
Following statements is not a guide or advice for you to get rich but to let you know the basic and efforts you need to put in Steem in order to success. If you are looking for shortcut, i have to apologise this is not the right post.
Before we proceed further, first you need to understand how Steemit operates because with this info you able to make leverage and start profiting from #Steem
My english is not good, i’ll try to explain Steem in layman term as i believe there is a lot of user not doctors, lawyers nor professionals.
Well to me as a new Steemians just like you did, trying to research and understand how Steem work and try to earn some bucks back home.
Personally to me Steem is a blockchain based blogging CMS (content management system) which we user able to blog and earn some money by providing content as authors while many take Steem as blockchain based major social media that relates many such as Facebook and etc.
Where is the money come from?
Money came from curators with alot of Steem Power giving you an upvote if they like your content and enjoy highly reward contents by you.
We can get our reward as author after 7 days the post expired from rewarding upvotes.
We also got rewarded by commenting or upvote others as curator as well (of course with better Steem Power)
So basically to success in anything, there will be no shortcut only effort.
With effort i meant your effort to share your passion to create a quality content based on your interest and get more followers to upvote your content.
Take this as normal social media, enjoy as a user of Steemit, do whatever you always do in your Facebook which involve posting,commenting and like.. try to get the word money out of your head and you will see money rushing into your head.
Tips : if you good in searching info, maybe you can focus on tips and tricks to learn how to write, how to create images or contents will help you better 😉
Author basic tips : Right Tittle, Quality Content and Right tagging.

What about the self made whales that put like a million USD into steem power and then profit by self upvoting. I used to think that was not fair. But those who put real money into this... should they not look after their interests first and then read and like posts to their leisure?
As for self made whale is totally fair in #steemit community from my perspective, because in Steemit is like a platform for people include public or close relation to invest into author that can provide good content to become an great influencer in Steemit and make some dollars.
Just like MTV trying sign up an artists but in a centralized way but today with blockchain able to provide sign up by decentralized which means public community with great Capital behind (Hard Cash or Steem Earned) can sign up any Authors by follow and upvote their post. So is public sign up, joint momentum from public to vote for best content.
I believe everything require foundation, if today an author did not go through the determination of producing quality content and consistency process, would not have great fan base and generate any profit.
This apply to curator Whales also as any whales without Steemit knowledge only know how to self upvoting definately cannot compare to #whales that have foundation of authors they haven been supporting to be compare in amount of profit generated. Eg: 100k to run a new business yes you might profit from this business but to be compare to business owner that been running the business to run another branch would be much more easier because of the foundation and experience. (so is fine for somebody started wealthier compare to others)
To be self made whales only advantages is this whales can quickly create awareness in our community as big buck guy but not resourceful guy like slow build whales that can provide guidance to many minnows/dolphin besides money concern.
