Buying Steem To Power Up

So the sock puppet accounts are still sitting there silent and awkward as can be... Yesterday and the day before were all about voting in the REAL Steem Witness’s; Today is about buying Steem (on Bittrex) and Powering Up this account along with the @AdventureReady & @BeachReady accounts.

If we all leverage our Steem Power that would go a long way towards settling this tug-a-war.

I listened to the conference call between @JustinSunSteemit and the witness’s and I was frankly disturbed by Justin’s attitude toward the Steem Blockchain, the Steem Witness’s, and the Steem Community. Usually when you are new to a community you show genuine care and interest in becoming a part of what that community cares about... but from what I could discern Justin has only self interest (as a “business man”) in mind and rather than demonstrating a desire to constructively collaborate he expressed only his intention to commodify this Blockchain.

Someone like this doesn’t seem capable of respecting the efforts and investments of time and capital that the rest of the community has contributed... This is the mind set of someone with short term vision to the detriment of the long term fortitude needed to make the Steem Blockchain what it could and will become.

Within communities their are good neighbours and bad neighbours... I’m going to say it for what it is... everything points to @JustinSunSteemit being a bad neighbour. The thing I think he will learn is that you can not move into a community with complete disregard for the rest of the people living and working there. You must be courteous and respectful NO MATTER HOW MANY CRYPTO COINS ARE JINGLING IN YOUR POCKETS.

Wealth grants you a seat at the table... but it doesn’t automatically grant you influence and respect. Those have to be earned...

And if you ask me... everything I have seen up until now has been done with a complete arrogant blindness to these realities.

I completely understand why @themarkymark left the conversation early... @JustinSunSteemit and his Tron spokes persons were only attempting to move their agendas forward... and what are those? They are attempting to get themselves (and the delinquent exchanges who aided and abetted them) out of the quagmire they now find themselves...

“I just want to make money (right away?) like any other business man.” Really? Well then Justin... you had better play nice in the Steem sandbox just like the rest of us... You bough a ticket to play... and now you have 13 weeks to think about the methods you have used... for the whole world to see!

And when you go to dump your Steem “profits” on the market... I will (and the rest of the Steem Community) will be waiting to snap those coins up... Why? Because the Steem Blockchain actually has value... if it didn’t then why would you need an army of bots 🤖 to attempt this hostile take over...?

So yes everybody! I know many of you probably want this to be over already... but we aren’t quite there yet.

As long as those sock puppets are in place... we should not rest until they are removed from the top 20 Witness’s. They don’t belong there and the sooner we relegate them out of importance the better.

It’s time to power up everybody!
