Why owning a house is better than renting and what are the benefits of owning a house
Well most people rent houses these days or get a mortgage but owning a house is better because you don't need much to survive with let's say you own a house no mortgage or share you could have a terrible job and still survive because you still have a roof on top of your head and plus you don't need to worry about rent etc disadvantage of renting is that your landlord can kick you out anytime even with out a reasonable answer and put up rent anytime also can raise your rent if you damage they're property this is why I wouldn't rent a property

Yet one needs a down payment before even having a chance from the banks to get a mortgage. On top of that I would have to stay in the same area for a long time. Considering not having a stable job and have moved from town to town the past year it is not easy for some to just settle down when the work is on the move. I am not saying renting is better, but saying that not everyone has the choice. Some simply can not afford to purchase so have to settle to rent.
