Greetings @neoxian, thanks for sharing insights into your approach to Steem. I'm currently working hard to make good things happen for Steem as a witness, including:

a project that helps onboard new people and make them welcome.
(Currently in the planning phase and very much looking to be very busy at Steemfest, bringing together projects to work with me, beyond Oracle-D and Promo-Steem - who have already agreed to).
