RE: Follow Feature (Sometimes) Does Not Work - Bug?
Oh, don't you worry about that. The "Follow" worked, as you've checked on the blockchain.
What didn't work was the connection between Busy.org and the Steem Network, at that time. Usually refreshing the page fixes that.
But it's just a visual glitch, really. If those persons post something, you'll see it on your feed.
I hope this helps.
I don't know buddy. This issue shows always with very same users. Even if I follow via Steemit, the problem appears. Refreshing the page does not help actually. I will pay attention to what you are saying ... if the person posts something, will I really see it in my feed. I have just submitted this issue to Github now as well. Thanks for your comment.
I have run into that issue both in SteemIt and in Busy. I guess that happens when the Network is overloaded.
But if the Blockchain says you're following them, you don't need to worry, really.
Do a quick search for "following" in this page https://steemdb.com/api/accounts?account=zorank
If the users are in that list, all is well.
PS: With 16000 in your following list, I don't know if that page will load at all...
LOL reg. PS: ... it doesn't completly, and both users start with letter Z. I will check on their side, if I'm among followers. Thanks again!
Yes, that might be easier. Maybe you crossed the limit for the number of people you can follow? (I know there's not a defined limit, but depending on the type of variable used, it might happen.)
No, it is not that because I can still follow new users. I'll see what happens on Github.
I'm in their list of followers, so I suppose they are in my list of people I follow as well.
Exactly...
