Will steempeak ever win Steemit in the Steem Main DApp race?
...and what would be the consequences of that?
I confess I was not a Steempeak lover, I prefer eSteem Surfer or any other steem frontend with less complexity or "light" graphics.
However I recognize the potentiality of steempeak frontend and I also encourage all the steemians to use it instead of using steemit since now it will not be anymore a reflection of us as a Community.
It is controlled by a man that seems is not interested on its developments and neither on the community aspect but his own ego and interest.
There was a time when steemit was the king of the DApps in the "stateofthedapss" ranking.
Today we can see how steemit is failing:
While steempeak is gaining users:
This is a pure reasonable reaction from the STEEM community, the question is:
who is going to take the lead on the development of this blockchain when steemit will be defeated by the community?
Many things have been created and developed by that company, each one of those has improved the data treatment of the blockchain...
Are our witnesses skilled enough to contrarest the lack of development to sustain this blockchain that very likely will come with the degradation of steemit?
Are those developers who have resigned from steemit INC able to join together and create anything similar?
