Wonder when we get a fully functional steem delegation exchange. This seems pretty close to the idea :) if user can set the price it kinda does the job. Now we need the "ask" side where you offer steem delegation for desired price and wait until someone "buys" it :)
I think that is a great idea. It properly creates a free market and if people start offering good value delegation it can only help to spread around the SP. The more active power that is out there, the better for growing the site.
