Here in Germany we tend to say the people in Asia are years ahead in terms of technology. This proves it again.
They use tomorrow's invention today!
Yes, I think they have their eyes out for opportunity in ways that many westerners have forgotten are possible.
In the developing world we have a phenomenon called technology leap frogging, and it leads to faster adoption of the latest technologies because you don't have entrenched incumbents.
