Yes, that is right - me always in powering down modus, because it takes 13 weeks to power down completely. So I will every week have a certain amount of Steem. If Steemprice then is low I use the Steem to pay Steempowerdelegation, if it is high maybe I sell it to have more SBD to activate boosters. If it is in a normal range I will immediately power it up again - you can also check my wallet for that ;-)
I wasn't sure why you'd power down, but that makes sense. Apparently there are more strategies than I've discovered yet.
