RE: The crypto currency space in short-, middle- and longterm?

in #steem6 years ago

The biggest issues I've seen is we have more takers than givers. Also building up how much you make comes from more than just how much you post. It comes from marketing yourself. And the words I don't have time for that I have a normal job is the reason why.

It won't hurt you to stop by discords and chat with people in the communities. Most of the people I see complaining are people who do no curation at all as well as commenting on others content.

There is even discord radio shows you can go on and talk about your self and you contest weekly.

One example is steemit ramble:

This is not a place to spam but its one example of places you can go.

Success comes to doers, not talkers.

If I can add to that. I think it has been a mistake not to attempt to capture all of this social media traffic from the start. Essentially there is far too little social media and far too much the result of socializing elsewhere that gets seen on Steem itself.

Not to disregard all the great projects and posts that take place through Steem and some of which organically started directly on the chain as well of course. But if putting on our critical shoes, there certainly is a lot that can be done on this front.

I don't know what this top level shitpost is doing on my trending page.
At least I'm happy that I've found your really good comment here and a bucket of good tips!

[✓] Don't Just link bomb

After some talks on Steem.Chat, whenever I post a link to #postpromotion channel, I take some time to check few other posts until I find at least three that I like and upvote them.

[...] Don't Just only talk about yourself

Here I need to put some work on that. @suesa says I'm a little bit narcissist but I have to disagree on "a little" ;)

Good idea, however I started using Steem to detach to my other social sites, but I think it's a good advice for most of the pro bloggers.

That one is a real fun. @apsu rocks!

I'd never say that :P

When You write that everything upon that means unauthorized citation... Even that he disagree. That's simple.

....what?

I guess that... When someone write something that you never say... It's means or could means... Unauthorized citation. Don't? 🙄

Well, my comment that "I'd never say that" was more of a joke (which could be concluded from the ":P" smiley I added).

And if it was wrong, it'd be incorrect citation, not unauthorized.

Incorrect or unauthorized depends of point of view... so that smiley ":P" chance all meaning. Ok. that's fine. ;P
